Hardik Pandya’s team won the dramatic series, Suryakumar and Siraj were the stars
India has won the T20 series against New Zealand by 1-0.
The first match was rained off, while India defeated New Zealand in the second match.
The third match was interrupted due to rain and the result was quite dramatic.
When the match was stopped due to rain, India’s score at that time was 75 runs for four wickets.
At that time there were nine overs. This match was tied under the Duckworth-Lewis rule. With this, India made this series its name.
In this match, New Zealand scored 160 runs while batting first.
In response, India scored 75 runs for four wickets in 9 overs. Captain Hardik Pandya was unbeaten on 30 and Deepak Hooda on nine runs.
India started very badly. India had lost three wickets for just 21 runs.
Ishaan Kishan scored 10 runs while Rishabh Pant contributed 11 runs.
Shreyas Iyer could not even open his account. This time Suryakumar Yadav was also able to score only 13 runs.
New Zealand innings Earlier, New Zealand scored 160 runs in the stipulated 20 overs while batting.

In this series, India got a chance to play only one match.
India won that match by 65 runs.
Batting first in the second T20 match, India scored 196 runs for six wickets.
The hero of India’s innings was Suryakumar Yadav who played an unbeaten inning of 111 runs.
This innings of Suryakumar Yadav, who has proved his performance in the T-20 World Cup, was also memorable.
India did not get to play full overs in the third T20 match. But the specialty of this match was the bowling of Mohammad Siraj.
Siraj took four wickets for just 17 runs in four overs.
For this reason Mohammad Siraj was chosen as the ‘Player of the Match’.
Siraj said that it was not easy to bat on this wicket. But he bowled on the hard length, which he got the benefit of.
He said that he had a specific plan on this wicket and he bowled according to that plan.
Suryakumar Yadav was chosen as the Player of the Series.
He said that it would have been better if the match would have been completed, but he is happy that the team has won the series.
Suryakumar Yadav said – The weather is not in our hands. There is always pressure, but that’s the fun of the game. I am enjoying my batting and I do not carry any burden.
In T20, Indian captain Hardik Pandya said that he too wanted the match to be completed. But some things are not in hand. He said that he is happy that his team won the trophy and he is going back home with this victory.
Hardik Pandya said- Aggressive play is the best defense on this wicket. They have a very good bowling line up and we wanted to be ahead in the power play. Although we had lost some wickets. I am coming back now and I hope the ODI series will be better.
On the other hand, New Zealand captain Tim Southee said that he was disappointed with the batting.
He said- We took quick wickets, but unfortunately it started raining. If the match is completed, then there will be excitement. We hope that the ODI series will be good.
ODI series will start now
India now has to play ODI series after T20 series.
India will play its first ODI on 25 November.
The second ODI between India and New Zealand will be played on 27 November and the third on 30 November.
