Novak Djokovic defeated Tsitsipas in the final match of the Astana Open 2022 to win his fourth title this year. Djokovic, who missed the Australian Open due to controversy, has been in excellent form after this tournament. He defeated Tsitsipas 6-3, 6-4 in the final match of Astana Open and won the third edition of the tournament.
Djokovic won the ATP 250 title in Tel Aviv last week. He now has four titles in 2022, including a Grand Slam title (Wimbledon Open). With a resounding win at Astana, Djokovic has equaled Roger Federer’s record and joined Rafael Nadal’s elite club.
