Ingredients for making Lauki Ka Halwa-
- 1 kg bottle gourd (grated milk)
- – 100 grams fresh mawa
- -pow spoon cardamom powder
- – 2-3 saffron strands
- – 2 tbsp ghee
- – 150 grams of sugar
Method to make Lauki Halwa-
To make gourd pudding, first heat ghee in a pan, add grated gourd and fry it lightly and keep it aside. Now put some water in the pan, then add sugar. When the sugar dissolves completely, then add roasted bottle gourd to it and stir. Then add cardamom powder and stir well for 2-3 minutes. Now mash the saffron with your hand and sprinkle it on top. Your Lauki Ka Halwa is ready.
