Ingredients for making Coriander Laddu-

  • coriander powder
  • Sugar
  • Jaggery
  • Almond
  • Cashew
  • Coconut
  • pistachio
  • Desi Ghee

Method of making coriander laddus-

To make Coriander Ladoo, first pour ghee in a pan. Now roast all the dry fruits in it. Take it out and keep it aside. Now add more ghee in the same pan and fry it by adding coriander powder. Now add coconut powder and mix it. Fry it well. Now add sugar syrup or grated jaggery to it. Now when the jaggery melts, take it out. Now put the roasted dry fruits in a bowl and mix it in the coriander mixture. Now add a little desi ghee to it and make laddus. You can also put pistachios on it. Your delicious coriander ladoos are ready. Do not eat more than two laddus in a day.

Optional Tips

If you want, you can also add roasted sesame seeds to the laddus. This will enhance the taste of the laddus.
