Russia fired missile again in 24 hours: Attack on residential area of Zaporizhia at night; 43 people died in a week
Russia has once again fired missiles at Zaporizhia, Ukraine. Russia launched a missile attack on Zaporizhia on October 10 at around 4:30 am. The military chief of Zaporizhia, Alexander Starukh, has given this information. This is the second consecutive attack within 24 hours. Earlier on October 9, there was a missile attack in Zaporizhia.
According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, 43 people have been killed in the past week due to Russia’s attack in the city of Zaporizhia.
Attack in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv
Shortly after this attack, there was a bomb blast in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on Monday 10 October at 11 am. This was informed by the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaly Klikko. However, no death has been confirmed so far.
Putin to discuss Crimean bridge blast with Security Council
Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with his Security Council. Putin is furious because of the Crimea bridge blast. Because of this, they will now work to increase security in the parts of Ukraine they occupied. According to Britain’s news website The Guardian, Russia is trying to be more aggressive towards Ukraine through this meeting.
