According to the report, Elon Musk wants to fire half of Twitter’s employees. The number of these employees is close to 3,700. These employees will be informed about the removal from the job by the end of this week.
So far, no information has been given by Elon Musk or Twitter about this. However, on the question of retrenchment by a user on Twitter, Elon Musk had said that such things are wrong. But people are not able to trust Elon Musk because even after his refusal, the entire board including CEO Parag Agarwal, Legal and Policy Head Vijay Gadde has been removed. Musk took this step as soon as he took charge of Twitter. Apart from this, Elon Musk has issued a decree to work 12 hours every day in a week, enforcing very strict rules regarding engineers.
